2.3.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
2.3.2 You must not register an Account using false, misleading, or another person's information. Any Account found to have been registered with fraudulent information will be immediately terminated and any Balance forfeited.
2.3.3 Each individual may hold only one Account on the taya 77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4.1 taya 77 is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documents requested by taya 77 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.4.2 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure at taya 77's sole discretion.
3.1.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya 77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.1.2 taya 77 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from taya 77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.1.3 You must notify taya 77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. taya 77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.2.1 You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact details change, you must update your Account information promptly. taya 77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
3.3.1 An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. taya 77 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on inactive Accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4.1.1 taya 77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.1.2 taya 77 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards. These payment methods are prohibited in accordance with Philippine regulations applicable to online gaming deposits.
4.2.1 All funds deposited into your taya 77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
4.2.2 taya 77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the Account deposit section after login.
4.2.3 taya 77 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which taya 77 accepts no responsibility.
5.1.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified taya 77 Account. taya 77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.1.2 A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. taya 77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
5.2.1 Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.2.2 taya 77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section.
5.2.3 taya 77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
5.3.1 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

6.4 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are available to Philippine-resident Players only and may not be combined with other active promotions.

13.1 taya 77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, taya 77 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in your Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such termination arises from a breach of these Terms by you.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting taya 77 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
